When using the online scheduling system, upon entry of your zipcode, the system will notify you if we do not currently have service in your area. If it does not notify you, then we definitely have service in your area.

Absolutely! If you're not satisfied with your service, please call us immediately so we can make things right. We guarantee our onsite services for 30 days after the service was performed. If there is a problem with the service and you notify us within that time period, we will work to remedy the problem quickly and at no additional cost.

Absolutely! It's our main reason for existence! We want to provide our customers help when they really need it and a lot of times this is after "business hours." We can have a Geek dispatched to your home or business even in the middle of the night. Additional charges do apply for emergency assistance.

In most areas, yes. If you request emergency 4-hour support and we are unable to provide it to you, you will be refunded the additional response time charge.

A person at least 18 years of age needs to be present the whole time services are being performed. Our Geeks must have full access to the computers and/or peripherals to be serviced, access to your residence or place of business, your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or place of business, a safe working environment, working space, and electrical power.

Yes, we do! We provide service to all makes and models of all computers. We have Apple certified technicians who are specially trained to work on your Apple computer that can help you with any and all of your computer service needs.
