Why Start Minute Geeks?

Chances are you probably know a ton of other computer repair companies in your immediate area. We are also aware that there are a large number of competitors in our field. So why start Minute Geeks? Well, being in the computer service business for over 6 years we have heard a lot of our customers complain about untimely and low quality service from our competitors. Minute Geeks was started to change all that.

A lot of local computer repair shops also, just like any other business, have normal hours of operation usually from 9AM - 6PM. Computers don't always break in that timeframe and usually to get it repaired, you need to haul your computer into their shop. We recognized the need to have affordable on-site service available any hour of the day, every day.

What Does the Name Mean?

Our name is an allusion to the minutemen of the American armed forces. The minutemen vowed to be ready for battle within a minute's notice. Though we aren’t prepared to fight any enemy invaders (yet), our Geeks are ready to take on any computer issue on-site within a few hours in most areas.

Corporate Structure

Minute Geeks is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sismas Group, Inc. Sismas Group, Inc. is a California corporation whose primary business is offering technology services to homes and businesses of all sizes as well as other business and brokering services. Other companies owned by Sismas Group are Sismas Information Systems, Red Lion Auto Group, and Print Broker Online.

The most important asset we own is our business image and reputation. We have worked hard to gain the trust and loyalty of our customers and we will bend over backwards to protect it. Our Geeks will fix the problem for good so it won’t reappear in the future. We’re so confident we provide a 30 day warranty on all labor performed by us for all problems reported to us.
